Shipping policy

Upon purchasing your item from us you are automatically making a request to us to arrange a delivery on your behalf, and we will endeavor to have your order delivered to your UK address within 9 working days, which excludes weekends and bank holidays.

As delays can happen and be unforeseen, Charmed Memories accepts no liability for any delay or failure to deliver within our estimated time-scales. This is especially important to bear in mind at busy postal times of year such as Christmas and Valentines.

It is you (the customer) who is responsible for supplying us with the correct delivery address details. We are not liable for any loss of money, due to postage, if an incorrect address has been provided to us.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the number of products you have and the shipping destination. But its ok, you can still leave your order a this stage.

Shipping within the UK is FREE if you spend over £50

I LIVE OUTSIDE THE UK, WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY CUSTOMS CHARGES?
Custom charges/taxes are set by your countries custom department and can vary between countries. We would advise you check what the threshold is before ordering. We are not responsible or any duties/charges that your country levies.

International Timescales:
Postage is via Royal Mail Standard International post. This is not a tracked nor signed service. If you wish to upgrade to a signed and/or tracked service please message prior to purchasing for a price so that a custom listing can be set for you. International postage timescales are 2-4 weeks from dispatch but please bare in mind this can be extended at busy times of year such as christmas and at times where customs decide to check items more thoroughly, this is out of our control and we are not liable for these delays.
